Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:

1 lb. Fresh Asparagus, Trimmed and Peeled
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Brooks' Grillin' Rub

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to Medium/Medium High.
  2. While grill is preheating, wash, trim (snap the bottom off) and peel (using a potato peeler, trim outer spear skin) asparagus.
  3. Place asparagus in a resealable plastic bag and add olive oil to coat.
  4. Add Brooks' Grillin' Rub and evenly coat asparagus. A little goes a long way and you want to compliment not cover the flavors.
  5. Place asparagus on preheated grill and turn occasionally until done, about 5 minutes.
