4 Cups Pumpkin
3 3/4 Teaspoon Allspice
5 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
3/8 Teaspoon Ginger
3/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter at room temperature
1 Cup Flour
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Filling ingredients together until they are thoroughly combined and set aside.
Mix crust ingredients until they are crumbly. Pat into the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking, combine the topping ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Pour filling onto cooked crust and sprinkle topping mixture over pumpkin filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until set. Allow Pumpkin Squares to cool and then keep refrigerated.
