Brooks’ provides full service, buffet style catering for any private get-togethers such as celebrations, reunions, birthday parties, weddings, wedding rehearsals, anniversaries, company picnics and corporate meetings. With our fleet of catering vehicles we can cater parties from 100 to 5,000 people.
Large Order Delivery

Brooks’ also provides a large order delivery service delivering your meals right to your doorstep for orders of 100 dinners or more. Everything is packed family style and we include everything from the food right down to the disposable serving and eating utensils.
Our catering fleet includes a total of 7 vehicles.
We cater approximately 500 on-site barbecues a year.
The average distance traveled to a catered event is 80 miles.
The largest crowd we have served was 6,900 dinners for Albany Medical Center.
