1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Whisk vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until salt dissolves. Beat the oil very slowly by drops whisking constantly. If not using right away, cover and refrigerate, whisking again before use.
