Butterscotch Chip Krispie Cookies

1 1/8 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 Cup packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Cup Rice Krispies
3/4 Cup Butterscotch Chips
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside.

In a large bowl cream together the butter, white and brown sugars. Add egg, vanilla and mix until combined. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Stir in the coconut, rice krispies, butterscotch chips and chopped pecans by hand until it is mixed well.

Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch size balls and place on unprepared cookie sheet. Use the palm of your hand to flatten each dough ball. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until just lightly browned around edges. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy!
