Chicken Sauce
Although developed as (and famous for!) a baste for split chicken fryers, Brooks’ Chicken Sauce has other applications as well. Along with being an excellent mop sauce for chicken and other poultry products it is also a great marinade for chicken and game meats. Oil and apple cider vinegar base with hints of sage, thyme, and pepper.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, WATER, CANOLA, OIL, PASTEURIZED EGG, SALT, SPICES, SUGAR, CORN STARCH, DEHYDRATED ONION, DEHYDRATED GARLIC, SPICE EXTRACTIVES, XANTHAN GUM, LESS THAN 0.1% SODIUM BENZOATE AND POTASSIUM SORBATE.
